Sourcing
With our joint experience along with access to some of the finest tile factories, predominantly in Italy and Spain, we can specify all tiles to meet individual requirements from contemporaty large format to traditional mult-size formats. We attend trade fairs on a regular basis to ensure we are in the forefront of current trends and designs.
Customer Service
Customer service is at the core of our business, from ensuring that the lastest design of tiles at competitive prices are available to clients, to delivery and care of every customer, regardless of the size of our order
Sampling and Merchandising
We recommend that you take advantage of our tile sample service, as this will allow you to view your tile choices in your environment. Whilst brochures are a useful reference, the true representation of colour, tone, texture and finish can only by seeing an actual tile.
Once your tile choices are confirmed, we are able to provide sample boards to be used on-site for show homes, or for finalising the tile specification with your client, if required.
Logistics
Rovic Tiles has its own fleet of delivery vehicles, which enable us to deliver product directly to site. Subject to the delivery address and quantities required, this service is free of charge.
Stock / Special Order
We hold a large quantity of stocked items at our Head Office warehouse facility. Whilst the stock carried is constant and reliable, we also have access to a vast number of ranges from our numerous partners, whose catalogues are forever evolving subject to market trends and designs.
